Cineverse Completes Two Acquisitions, Targets $115-120M Revenue in FY2027

According to Cineverse's announcement on June 26, the company completed two acquisitions to strengthen its AI-powered media technology platform. The purchase of Giant Worldwide for $2 million and IndiCue for a base payment of $22 million (up to $40 million with earnouts) expands Cineverse's content delivery and ad monetization capabilities. The two acquisitions are projected to contribute over $50 million in combined revenue. Cineverse guided FY2027 full-year revenue of $115-120 million and adjusted EBITDA of $10-20 million, with its Matchpoint platform handling over 15,000 film deliveries monthly.
