Bloom Energy Shares Surge 7% Overnight After $25B Brookfield Partnership Expansion

Bloom Energy Corp. (BE) shares surged more than 7% in overnight trading on Tuesday after the company announced an expanded partnership with Brookfield, increasing total funding from $5 billion to $25 billion since October 2025. According to the company statement, the additional financing will support Bloom's growth of deployable on-site power platforms for hyperscalers and AI infrastructure developers. The expanded partnership represents 25% of Brookfield's $100 billion AI Infrastructure Fund target, launched in November 2025, which focuses on AI factories and power solutions globally. BE stock has more than tripled in value so far this year.
