IBIT2.65%

According to Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas, Blackrock filed an 8-A securities registration form for its Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA) on June 11, with a predicted launch by June 19. The 8-A typically precedes fund launch by five to seven trading days.

BITA holds bitcoin directly and Blackrock's IBIT shares while writing covered calls on 25% to 35% of net asset value monthly. Option premiums support monthly distributions to income-focused investors. Blackrock set the sponsor fee at 0.65 percent, undercutting rival covered-call bitcoin ETFs such as YBTC (0.95%) and BTCI (0.99%). The fund is seeded and actively buying bitcoin and IBIT shares, with cold storage through Coinbase Custody.
