BlackRock Files Amended Application for Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA) with 0.65% Fee

According to Eric Balchunas of Bloomberg Intelligence, BlackRock submitted an amended application for its iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA) to the SEC on June 9. The product, set to list on Nasdaq with an annual fee of 0.65%, will combine Bitcoin price exposure with options premium income generated by selling call options on BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF (IBIT). Balchunas noted the launch is imminent and faces pressure to compete with a similar Goldman Sachs product launching July 1.
