According to glassnode data cited by ChainCatcher, the 30-day moving average of total trading volume for Bitcoin treasury management companies declined from $34.2 billion per day in December 2025 to $17.4 billion currently, representing a 49% drop over six months.

Glassnode noted that speculative interest in DAT stocks (Bitcoin treasury ETFs) correlates closely with Bitcoin's spot price. As BTC prices pulled back, leveraged Bitcoin exposure through listed treasury instruments lost momentum, with trading activity halving from its peak.
