According to Russia's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, Armenia has officially notified Russia that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not attend the Eurasian Economic Union leaders' meeting, with Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan representing Armenia instead.
