According to Shanghai Securities News, Alibaba is planning to sell its game business brand Lingxi Interactive, with the overall transaction valued between 70 and 90 billion yuan. Multiple A-share listed gaming companies are among the potential buyers, according to market sources verified by industry insiders. Lingxi Interactive employs approximately 1,200 people and operates multiple game studios and business divisions including Jiuyou and Zhuanyi platforms. As of the report, Lingxi Interactive has not made an official statement regarding the sale.
