According to a survey by Realmeter commissioned by The Today on July 24, 63.7% of South Korean respondents oppose the introduction of single-stock leverage exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The poll surveyed 504 adults nationwide.

The negative sentiment comes as South Korea's stock market has seen increased volatility, with circuit breakers and sidecar mechanisms triggering repeatedly in recent sessions.
