Expiry options operation log:
Starting over the weekend, bought ETH expiry options for the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 17th. The 13th and 14th nearly doubled during the late weekend evening, but on Monday, due to a market pullback, by 4:00 p.m. they went to zero. The 14th also went to zero yesterday;
The 15th was also almost about to go to zero. Last night’s CPI data was a major positive surprise, and once again it rebounded from near zero and was up about 3x. The 17th also surged by nearly 4x;
As for the end-of-term options, I’ve gradually started to find some rules this year:
- Most of the time yo

Wealth lies in technique and numerical wisdom, not in laboring with one’s body; profit lies in the overall situation, not in hard work of one’s own force.
The secret to creating great fortunes is mastering the underlying rules, not toiling away;
the key to gaining substantial profits is knowing how to judge the times and the situation, not forcing yourself to work the fields.

Pros and Cons of Stop-Loss Trailing
On July 2, a trade went long on #BTC at 60,425, with a stop-loss set at 59,500.
Later, the market rose as expected, reaching around 63k. At that point, I moved the stop-loss up to 62,300, executing a stop-loss trailing.
At the same time, anticipating resistance at 65k above, I also placed a take-profit order at 65k.
As a result, on the evening of the 6th, the market spiked directly, and the 62,300 stop-loss was triggered.
Faced with this situation, any trader would feel quite uncomfortable, as nearly half the profit was given back.
At this point, one might t

In the past week, went long and got stopped out twice
But even so, continued to go long for the third time
Finally, this time started to profit

Similarly, when it should rise but doesn't, then it will fall

Let's talk about what a structural breakdown is (very important).
Yesterday, when discussing #Circle, I mentioned the term "structural breakdown." Several friends in the back asked: what exactly is a structural breakdown?
Alright, so today let's break down this term.
First of all, what is "structure"?
Open any bullish K-line chart—does the price go up in a straight line? No, right? It goes up for a while, rests for a while, then goes up again, like climbing stairs.
So what are those resting lows? That's where someone is using real money to buy in, preventing the price from falling fu

What is the name of that app?
I’m seeing a lot of people say that $CRCL got “killed in valuation” because it ran into a stronger opponent—so how do you identify whether it’s a “valuation kill”?
But if you look from a chart perspective, for any asset that breaks through a level (the white support zone), keep your hands off and wait as much as possible to avoid more losses.
Unless you’ve already set up a DCA plan—then of course you can. But if you go all-in in one shot, it’s easy to get hurt under this kind of structure. In fact, even if the fundamentals are great, it’s not too late to enter after you let the structure

In recent days, I have simultaneously traded $BTC , $Q , and $SPCX , conducting a comparative experiment. A very obvious characteristic is:
For the same rebound after a decline, BTC's rebound is very laborious, while Q's rebound is very relaxed and not dragging. BTC hit stop-loss twice, and the third position finally turned profitable, while Q passed in one go.
Looking at $SPCX , its rebound is also acceptable, after all, it is still in the spotlight.

It is said that trading is all about waiting, so what exactly are we waiting for?
- For trend trading, we wait for a pullback.
- For range trading, we wait for highs and lows.
- For strong bounces, we wait for volume expansion.
- For breakout trading, we wait for a retest.
- For bottom picking and top picking, we wait for a reversal.

Why are previous highs and previous lows important key levels?
Yesterday, I shared that in a trending market,
if the trend is a strong trending market,
especially moving in the 1 to 3 o'clock direction,
then my commonly used method involves using moving averages,
especially the EMA20.
The logic behind this is that before a structural change occurs in the trend,
it will continue, unless the structure is broken.
So,
apart from that, there is another trading method I often use,
and I am sharing it here today as well.
That is, when a certain asset keeps rising,
then begins

not to open orders for the sake of opening orders

In short, not to open orders solely for trading profits
Orders made with such intentions

The strategy from last week's live stream,
was quickly validated this week.
In an uptrend,
a pullback to the EMA20 is strong consensus.
Although this time the market was betting on $MU earnings uncertainty,
it still found effective support at the EMA20 in the middle of the night.
ETF: $DRAM $SMH also followed the same pullback pattern.
Whether it can sustain is unknown,
but as long as the strong trend sector trend hasn't dissipated,
it will remain effective.
Investing and trading go hand in hand.
Many value investors look down on traders.
In reality, all paths lead t

Repeat a trading pattern you recognize yourself 1,000 times through backtesting until it becomes muscle memory, enabling execution without hesitation, such as buying after a breakout or buying on a daily EMA20 pullback in an uptrend.
Recreate countless scenarios of entry and stop-loss in your mind; this is the simplest and most effective way to train your trading execution skills. #btc #q

My five iron rules for trading:
- Do not open a position at key levels
- Do not open a position without a breakout
- Do not open a position without a signal
- Do not open a position if you can't find a stop loss
- Do not open a position if the stop loss is too large

An uptrend is usually supported effectively, while resistance is ineffective.
A downtrend is usually resisted effectively, while support is ineffective.
Enter where it may be effective,
wait for a breakout where it may be ineffective—
this is probability, and also the essence of trend following!
