this is why i like higher time frames especially when dealing with $XAU .
If you have been keen you would have noticed the last two days gold has been trading between the same daily highs and lows.
the previous day sellers were in control but yesterday buyers were in control but still the price couldnt break above the support or resistance.
interesting Bias especially for swing traders

here is my $XAU analysis for today. am not perfect but i will try my best.
there are many strategies around but offlate i have been using the previous day candle strategy to come up with my bias for the following day together with OBs and FVGs on the 4hr timeframe.
1. on the previous daily candle i have marked the high, mid price and lows.
high - 4105
mid- 4045
low- 3984
2. if the price breaks above 4105, normally 4hr body close with good rsi levels and clean MSS. then bullish reversal is confirmed.. you can execute a buy on the retest
3. if the price breaks below 3984, 4hr body close with a

on the Daily timeframe $XAU still looks bearish. my bias remains the same and am targeting sells to 4052 levels.
on the A/D chart there is minimal accumulation and its making lower highs on the higher TF.
if 4052 doesnt hold we might go below 4k levels again🥲

$XAU as per my previous analysis is playing out well. my Bias is bearish so i will be opening sell and my target is 3958 levels. lets see how that plays out
