According to Beating, Zhiyuan Innovation has officially launched its Hong Kong IPO process. The three-year-old general AI robot company previously denied Hong Kong listing rumors twice last year and has now publicly confirmed its push for a Hong Kong stock offering. Omdia data showed that Zhiyuan shipped 5,168 humanoid robots in 2025, accounting for approximately 39% of the global market and ranking first worldwide. The company has not yet disclosed filing timing, fundraising size, or target valuation.
