According to market data, a wallet linked to the Trump-affiliated World Liberty Financial sold 4,870 ETH for approximately $10.61 million in USDC on May 16, at an average price of $2,178 per token.

The sale occurred as Ethereum faced sustained pressure from institutional fund outflows. U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded $255.11 million in net outflows for the week of May 11 to May 15, with BlackRock selling 77,567 ETH and Fidelity selling 25,770 ETH. ETH traded near $2,185 following the transaction, with analysts watching whether buyers defend the $2,150 support level.
