VR Device Manufacturing Prices Rise 8.4% in June, Driven by Industrial Upgrade: National Bureau of Statistics

According to China's National Bureau of Statistics, prices in multiple high-tech manufacturing sectors rose in June, driven by expanding applications of artificial intelligence, widespread adoption of new materials, and ongoing green transformation. Virtual reality device manufacturing prices increased 8.4% month-on-month, the highest among the sectors cited. Wearable smart device manufacturing prices rose 3.4%, while industrial control computer and system manufacturing prices increased 3.3%. Electronic specialized materials manufacturing prices rose 2.5%, and carbon-based nanomaterials prices gained 1.9%.
