Vanguard Surpasses BlackRock as Largest U.S. ETF Provider with $4.39T AUM

According to Bloomberg, Vanguard Group has surpassed BlackRock Inc. as the largest exchange-traded fund provider in the United States, with managed assets of approximately $4.39 trillion.

Year-to-date through June 2026, Vanguard's ETFs have attracted $291 billion in net inflows. Vanguard's S&P 500 ETF was the primary driver, accumulating nearly $113 billion in net inflows since the beginning of the year.
