GateNews

According to CCTV, the U.S. International Trade Court ruled against the Trump administration’s new tariff measures on May 8, though it did not fully halt tariff collection. The administration filed an appeal the same day. If the court approves a stay of the ruling, three importers who previously sued over the tariff policy would face the 10% global tariffs again.
