According to an 8-K filing released Tuesday, Strive Asset Management purchased 2,500 Bitcoin for approximately $185.2 million between May 23 and June 1 at an average price of $74,092 per coin. The acquisition brought Strive's total Bitcoin holdings to 19,000 BTC, placing the Vivek Ramaswamy-linked company among the largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders. The purchases came during a period of market weakness, with Bitcoin declining to around $70,800 by Tuesday morning.
