SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic Launch IPO Race With Combined Valuation Near $4 Trillion

According to Beating, three major U.S. tech companies are mounting an epic IPO push. SpaceX submitted an IPO filing on May 21, 2026, targeting a valuation of $1.75 trillion to $2.3 trillion with a planned listing as early as June 12, 2026. OpenAI plans to file its draft IPO prospectus as soon as this week, targeting a valuation of $850 billion to $1.1 trillion and an end-of-2026 listing. Anthropic is pursuing a Nasdaq IPO in the second half of 2026 with a target valuation of $900 billion. The three companies' combined estimated valuation could approach $4 trillion.

SpaceX's Starlink division generated $11.4 billion in revenue and $4.4 billion in operating profit in 2025. OpenAI has raised approximately $180 billion in primary markets to date, driving SoftBank shares up 20% following the listing news. Anthropic posted $4.8 billion in revenue for the first quarter of 2026 and projects $10.9 billion for the second quarter, positioning it for its first profitable quarter.
