According to CNBC, SpaceX signed a computing power agreement with AI startup Reflection on Monday (June 22), potentially worth up to $6.3 billion. Reflection, valued at $25 billion, will gain access to advanced Nvidia GB300 chips at SpaceX's Colossus data center complex in Memphis, Tennessee.
Under the terms, Reflection will pay SpaceX $150 million per month beginning July 1, 2026, with the arrangement running through 2029. Either party can terminate with 90 days' notice after the initial three months. The deal underscores SpaceX's expanding role as an AI infrastructure provider, following major agreements with Anthropic and Google.
