South Korea's FSC to Disclose Low-PBR Companies: KOSPI Bottom 25%, KOSDAQ Bottom 10% Starting November

According to the Financial Services Commission announced via iNews24 on July 28, South Korea will disclose companies in the lowest 25% of KOSPI and lowest 10% of KOSDAQ by Price-to-Book Ratio (PBR) as low-PBR firms beginning in November. The FSC adjusted the selection criteria to apply a cumulative three-year standard, instead of the previously proposed one-year sector-based PBR bottom 20%, following industry feedback.
