The surge represents a fourfold increase from June's $632.96 million and reflects renewed buying sentiment after net selling in April and May.

SOXL, a 3x leveraged ETF tracking the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index, led purchases at $2.431 billion, followed by SK Hynix ADR at $596.22 million. Other top positions included the ProShares UltraPro QQQ (3x Nasdaq-100 leverage) at $180.49 million, Alphabet at $116.79 million, and the Invesco Nasdaq-100 ETF at $110.20 million.
