South Korean Brokers Simplify Inheritance Trust Products to Expand Customer Base Beyond High-Net-Worth Clients

According to the securities industry, major South Korean brokerage firms are broadening access to testamentary trust products by simplifying contract structures and lowering entry barriers. Following market entries by large brokerages last year, firms are now expanding customized inheritance planning services from ultra-high-net-worth clients to a wider customer segment. Shinhan Investment Securities recently launched a new version of such products as part of this push.
