According to Lanqi Semiconductor's official announcement, on July 15, South Korea's Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office conducted an on-site investigation and evidence collection at the company's Korean office regarding potential antitrust law violations. Lanqi said it is fully cooperating with the inquiry and noted that no employees or executives have been charged with any misconduct as of the announcement date; operations remain normal. The company cautioned that the investigation is in its early stage and cannot predict its duration or outcome. The firm has also proposed repurchasing A-shares worth 300 million to 600 million Chinese yuan over the next three months to safeguard shareholder interests.
