South Korea Launches 'Everyone's AI Project' to Develop Domestic AI Services for All Citizens

According to South Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT, on July 13, the government launched the 'Everyone's AI Project' to develop domestically-made AI services accessible to all citizens. The ministry will provide GPU support through a one-month application period for companies developing AI services for the general public. Selected companies must launch a free AI chatbot for all citizens by year-end. The initiative aims to ensure every citizen can benefit from locally-developed AI technology and create value through AI-powered services.
