Softwood Imports Surge 166% as China's Lumber Inventories Hold Steady This Week

According to Jin10 Futures, this week lumber spot prices showed mixed performance, with New Zealand shipments surging 166% to 505,000 cubic meters on July 17. Total inventories remained flat at 2.57 million cubic meters, while daily outbound shipments declined 5.12% to 575,000 cubic meters due to southern China's high temperatures. Radial pine prices in Rizhao held steady at 790 yuan per cubic meter.
