SK Hynix Submits ADR Listing Plan to South Korean Regulator on Wednesday

According to Korean Economic Daily, SK Hynix plans to submit a securities registration statement to South Korea's Financial Supervisory Service on Wednesday for its planned U.S. listed depositary receipts (ADR). The chipmaker must first issue stock domestically before its ADR can list on Nasdaq. The company expects the regulator to complete document review by July 3, with ADR listing anticipated in July.
