SK Hynix Share-ADR Interconversion Starts July 29 as 52% Price Gap Narrows

According to Korea Economic TV, SK Hynix announced that interconversion between its domestic shares and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) will begin on July 29, addressing a widening price disparity. The company's shares trade at approximately 1.81 million won in South Korea while ADRs trade at roughly 2.25 million won in the U.S., representing a gap of up to 52%.

The commencement of mutual conversion between domestic shares and ADRs is expected to narrow the price differential and provide a revaluation opportunity for the domestically traded shares, which have faced supply-side pressure.
