SK Hynix Ends $28 Billion ADR Bookbuilding on Wednesday Due to Oversubscription

According to sources, SK Hynix will end its $28 billion American Depositary Receipt (ADR) bookbuilding on Wednesday due to order volumes exceeding several times the offering amount. Underwriters have instructed investors that bookbuilding will close at 4 p.m. Eastern Time, with pricing guidance to be announced after Korean market close on Thursday and final allocation to be confirmed Thursday evening. The company will determine the ADR's final price on Thursday and begin trading on Nasdaq on July 10.
