Singapore LSFO Arrivals Rise, Supply Tightness Eases Amid Dangote Instability

GateNews
According to Zijin Tianfeng Futures research dated May 28, Singapore's low-sulfur fuel oil arrivals increased due to unstable operations at the Dangote refinery (DRCC) and intra-Asia cargo redistribution, easing earlier supply tightness. Domestic Chinese LSFO supply-demand dynamics remained relatively loose. May domestic production was 1.24 million tons, with April bonded-port production exceeding plan by approximately 220,000 tons; Zhoushan bonded bunker fuel supply remained stable.
