SHFE Warehouse Receipts Shift on June 3: Alumina Slides 16,810 Tons, Copper Down 2,238 Tons

According to Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) data released on June 3, warehouse receipt positions across key commodity futures showed mixed movements. Alumina (氧化铝) warehouse receipts dropped significantly by 16,810 tons to 409,125 tons, marking the largest single-day decline. Copper futures receipts fell 2,238 tons to 96,391 tons, while hot-rolled coil warehouse positions decreased 4,112 tons to 464,377 tons. In contrast, tin futures receipts surged 4,034 tons to 11,681 tons, and silver positions gained 5,945 kilograms to 964,427 kilograms. Among the 23 tracked commodities, crude oil, gold, and petroleum asphalt maintained unchanged positions versus the previous trading day.
