According to Bloomberg, Shenzhen Adtek Technology filed for a Hong Kong IPO on May 15 with plans to raise US$500 million or more at a valuation of US$3 billion to US$4 billion. The company produces optical connectivity products for data centers, networks, and telecom operators, with Citic Securities and Jefferies serving as joint sponsors. The deal size, timing, and pricing remain under discussion.
