According to an official announcement on May 26, Shengshi Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Shengshi Technology Co., Ltd. signed a computing power industry cooperation agreement with an unnamed company. The partnership covers four strategic dimensions: algorithm-electricity synergy, AIDC intelligent computing center operations, computing power resource integration, and computing power service procurement. The total business volume corresponds to approximately 6 billion yuan, with a five-year agreement term.
