Securitize Merges With SPAC, Gets SEC Approval for NYSE Listing Under Ticker SECZ

According to Securitize, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has declared effective the Form S-4 registration statement for the merger between Securitize and SPAC Cantor Equity Partners II. CEPT shareholders will vote on the transaction on June 29, 2026, with the deal expected to close thereafter. Upon completion, the merged company will operate as Securitize Corp. and list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SECZ.
