SAP Invests in n8n at $5.2 Billion Valuation via Secondary Share Sale

According to CEO Jan Oberhauser, Germany’s SAP has invested in Berlin-based workflow automation startup n8n through a secondary share sale, valuing the company at $5.2 billion. SAP also signed a multiyear agreement to integrate n8n tools into its Joule Studio AI builder as it expands its AI product offerings. Founded in 2019, n8n provides software that enables businesses to automate tasks with minimal coding and build AI agents using models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. The company was valued at $2.5 billion in October and now generates more than $118 million in annual recurring revenue.
