Samsung Accelerates V-NAND Production for Nvidia as TSMC Plans Up to 10% Price Hike from 2027

According to industry reports, Samsung has begun mass production of 10th-generation V-NAND and is supplying to Nvidia, while expanding 9th-generation capacity. The company is also developing 11th-generation 500-layer V-NAND.

Meanwhile, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) plans to raise prices for advanced and mature process nodes by up to 10% starting 2027, with potential additional increases for AI high-performance computing chips. In related news, Microsoft and Mistral AI announced a multi-billion-dollar agreement on European AI infrastructure development. Multiple major investment banks including HSBC, JPMorgan, and Citigroup have issued warnings of potential pullbacks in U.S. stock markets ahead of midterm elections.
