Russian Citizens Hold 3.8 Billion Rubles in Crypto-Linked Assets, Showing No Growth Since December

According to Russia's central bank, as of today (June 2), Russian citizens hold approximately 3.8 billion rubles in cryptocurrency-linked financial instruments, unchanged from six months ago. Private investors account for 1.7 billion rubles in crypto-linked commercial bonds, with the overall market reaching 4.1 billion rubles including corporate investors. Retail investors represent 42% of the market, primarily through products issued by Sberbank and VTB, indicating stagnant retail interest in crypto investments.
