According to Jin10, Russia and Kazakhstan signed an agreement on Thursday (May 28) to build a nuclear power station in the Central Asian nation. The agreement was signed during Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Kazakhstan, where he met with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The two nations also agreed that Russia will provide export credit to finance the construction.
