Rubio Says U.S. Has Not Achieved Venezuela Objectives Yet, Making Progress on June 3

According to Russian state news agency TASS, U.S. Secretary of State Rubio said on June 3 during a congressional hearing that the United States has not yet achieved its objectives in Venezuela, but is moving in that direction. Rubio noted that only five months have passed since the policy shift began, and that reforming a system that has existed for 16 to 18 years requires time. "We are progressing at a good pace," he stated.
