Revolut Hits $115 Billion Valuation in Secondary Share Sale, Europe's Most Valuable Private Company

According to Odaily, Revolut reached a $115 billion valuation in a recent employee secondary share sale, becoming Europe's most valuable private company. The fintech firm reported 2025 pre-tax profit of $2.3 billion and revenue of $6 billion. Revolut recently obtained a full banking license in the UK and is pursuing a national bank charter in the United States.
