Revolut Co-Founder Yatsenko Steps Down as CTO After 12 Years, Donato Lucia to Lead Technology

Revolut co-founder Vlad Yatsenko will step down as chief technology officer on July 1 after 12 years in the role, transitioning to a non-executive director position on the board. He will be replaced by Donato Lucia, the company's current head of technology, who will assume the newly created title of vice president of technology. Lucia joined Revolut as a senior software engineer in 2018 and has worked on core infrastructure. The company did not provide a formal reason for the transition.
