Ramp, a New York-based corporate spend management startup, is in talks to raise US$750 million at a pre-money valuation above US$40 billion, according to TechCrunch.
The company’s latest funding activity follows a series of recent raises. In November 2025, Ramp raised US$300 million at a US$32 billion post-money valuation in a round led by Lightspeed.
Earlier in 2025, the startup announced a US$500 million Series E-2 round at a US$22.5 billion valuation led by Iconiq and a US$200 million Series E at a US$16 billion valuation led by Founders Fund.
CEO Eric Glyman stated that the company’s annualized revenue had reached US$1 billion.
