According to BlockBeats, Nvidia's first batch of U.S.-made GB300 AI chips have rolled off the production line at TSMC's Arizona facility on July 27. The 4nm chips, also known as Grace Blackwell Ultra, mark a milestone in Nvidia's localization efforts. CoWoS advanced packaging will be the final step to complete the chip's full U.S. manufacturing.
