NTT Docomo Spinout Robots Raises Seed Funding from Incubate Fund on July 15

According to Robots Inc., the Tokyo-based robot control software startup raised seed funding from Incubate Fund and NTT Docomo on July 15 through a third-party share allotment. The company was established on May 1 as a spinout from NTT Docomo's startup program and began operations on July 15. Robots' platform integrates and controls robots from different manufacturers including quadruped robots, robotic arms, and sensors as one system, targeting security sites with labor shortages for tasks such as patrols and inspections.
