Nike Shares Fall 2% After-Hours on 12% China Sales Decline Despite Q4 EPS Beat

According to Fiscal.ai, Nike (NKE) reported earnings of $0.72 per share in Q4, beating expectations of $0.13 per share, but shares fell 2% after-hours as China sales declined 12% to $1.3 billion from $1.5 billion. Gross margin increased 8.9% during the quarter, driven largely by a nearly $986 million tariff refund. North America revenue rose 3% to $4.83 billion. NKE shares closed Tuesday at $40.75 per share, a new 10-year low.
