According to Israeli authorities, on May 11, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu filed a request to shorten his court appearance for his corruption case, which was approved by the Tel Aviv District Court. The court reduced the scheduled session by 3.5 hours. Netanyahu sought to leave court early to attend an emergency meeting with senior Israeli military and security officials to discuss ongoing security defense measures and ceasefire arrangements amid heightened tensions in the U.S.-Israel-Iran ceasefire agreement.
