Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS-US) shares surged 19.26% to $30.84 on Wednesday, June 3, with market value reaching approximately $6.2 billion. The stock rally followed the company's participation in Computex 2026, where it showcased an 800V-to-6V direct current power distribution board (PDB) integrated into Nvidia's MGX ecosystem for next-generation AI data center applications. The new solution converts 800V DC directly to GPU-required voltages, eliminating intermediate 48V bus converters within servers to improve energy efficiency. The PDB incorporates 16 GaNFast gallium nitride power components with 650V rated voltage, 11 milliohm on-resistance, 97.5% peak efficiency, and 2,100W/in³ power density in an ultra-thin profile.
