Multicoin Capital's Kyle Samani Outlines Three Scenarios for Kalshi and U.S. Crypto Perpetuals Market

According to PANews, Multicoin Capital's former co-founder Kyle Samani outlined three possible scenarios for Kalshi and the U.S. crypto perpetuals market on May 30.

The first scenario assumes existing unregulated perpetuals channels in the U.S. will mature, limiting Kalshi's impact. The second envisions the CLARITY Act passing, allowing protocols that pass eight decentralization tests to operate without regulatory registration. The third suggests derivative products, while attractive to users, will struggle to achieve compliance within the U.S. financial system.
