MOMENTA-W IPO Oversubscribed 23.7 Times With HK$14.57 Billion in Public Offer Applications by June 30

According to Zhitong Finance, MOMENTA-W (06880) received HK$14.57 billion in public offer subscriptions as of June 30, oversubscribed 23.7 times against the public offer tranche of HK$589 million. The autonomous driving company is raising HK$5.89 billion across approximately 19.94 million shares priced at HK$295.6 per share, with listing expected on July 8. Stone Investors including GIC, Fidelity International, BlackRock, Mercedes-Benz Group, Oaktree, Franklin Templeton, CPIC, and Zhaoyi Innovation have committed to purchase approximately $376 million worth of shares at the offering price.
