Mirae Asset Securities Approves 502.4 Billion Won Share Buyback on July 23

According to its board announcement on July 23, Mirae Asset Securities approved the cancellation of 502.4 billion Korean won worth of shares, comprising 357.4 billion won in common stock and 145 billion won in preferred stock. The 26.4 million shares represent 3.7 percent of total shares outstanding, with the cancellation scheduled for July 31.

The company stated the buyback aims to enhance shareholder value and stabilize stock prices amid valuation volatility from its SpaceX holdings.
