According to ChainCatcher, citing Science and Technology Board Daily, MiniMax founder and CEO Yan Junjie announced that he will stop taking any salary from the company effective immediately, until AGI is achieved. Over the next four years, he will divest 4% of his personal equity holdings to incentivize long-term team members, while allocating 1% to establish a dedicated fund supporting open-source community development.
