MicroStrategy Won't Issue New Preferred Shares Below $100, CEO Saylor Says on July 27

According to BlockBeats, Michael Saylor announced on July 27 that MicroStrategy has repurchased 289,000 preferred shares for approximately $25 million, with an average price of $86.52 per share. The company plans to continue as a "disciplined buyer" while the stock trades below $100, intensifying purchases when further from that level and reducing volume as it approaches $100.

Saylor emphasized that MicroStrategy will not issue new preferred shares below $100 and currently has $975 million available for buybacks. The company targets price stability around $100 with high liquidity and low volatility.
